Terms of Service
Last updated August 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of CampaignUltra at campaignultra.com. By creating an account, starting a campaign, or paying for a plan, you agree to them.
The service
CampaignUltra helps you turn a business website and your notes into reviewable ad campaigns for Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising, and TikTok. We draft strategy, copy, and creatives. We do not publish ads to your ad accounts, and nothing goes live unless you export it and place it yourself.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in details under your control. You are responsible for activity in your workspace. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is abusive, unpaid, or used in a way that breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
Use CampaignUltra only with websites, files, and facts you have the right to use. Do not submit private, confidential, or infringing material you are not allowed to share. Do not try to probe, overload, or bypass the service. Do not use generated campaigns to run ads that are illegal, deceptive, or prohibited by the destination ad platforms.
Plans and payment
Free includes limited Google and Meta campaigns, with no credit card. Pro is $12 a month or $120 a year. Plus is $29 a month or $290 a year. Paid plans unlock additional brands, campaigns, platforms, research, stills, and video, as shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Taxes may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid access starts when Stripe confirms the subscription, not when you return from Checkout.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a paid plan in Settings through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Stripe or the portal says otherwise. Amounts already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it, or if we choose to issue a refund. If a payment fails, paid features may be removed after Stripe’s retry policy ends.
Exports and ad platforms
Exported files are drafts for you to review. Platform rules, character limits, and ad policies change. You are responsible for checking the work, editing it, and complying with each ad platform before you run anything.
Generated content
Campaigns may be produced with automated systems, including third-party AI providers. Output can be incomplete or wrong. You should review every profile, claim, and ad before you use it. Subject to your rights in your own business materials, we may use de-identified service data to operate and improve CampaignUltra.
Intellectual property
CampaignUltra, the product, and our branding stay ours. You keep the rights you already have in your website, uploads, and business information. We get a limited license to process that material so we can provide the service, including analysis, generation, storage, and export.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, specific campaign results, or that generated ads will be approved by any platform.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CampaignUltra is not liable for lost profits, lost campaigns, ad spend, or indirect damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The updated date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If a change is material, we will try to give reasonable notice in the product or by email.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent from your CampaignUltra account in Settings, or by replying to a CampaignUltra email. See also the Privacy Policy.
