Privacy Policy
Last updated August 16, 2026
This policy explains what CampaignUltra collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The product is at campaignultra.com.
Information we collect
- Account details, including name, email address, and sign-in session data.
- Workspace and billing records, including plan, usage, and Stripe customer or subscription identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Business material you provide, including website URLs, uploads, notes, and corrections.
- Content we fetch from public pages at URLs you ask us to analyze.
- Campaigns, profiles, exports, and generated stills or video created in your workspace.
- Product emails preference, if you opt in.
- Basic technical logs such as request time, error codes, and security signals. We avoid storing document bodies, API keys, or full page text in logs.
How we use it
We use this information to create and maintain your account, analyze the businesses you submit, generate and store campaigns, enforce plan limits, process payments, send authentication emails, provide customer support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Website analysis
When you submit a website, we fetch public pages you point us to so we can build a business profile. Do not submit a site you are not allowed to have us read. We block obvious private or local network targets, but you remain responsible for the URLs you enter.
Processors
We use other companies to run CampaignUltra:
- Neon, for the database and sign-in.
- Vercel, for hosting.
- Stripe, for checkout, invoices, and the billing portal.
- OpenAI, for analysis, research, and generated copy or media.
- Resend, for sign-in, verification, and password emails.
Those providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.
Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to protect the account. Signed-in sessions time out after inactivity. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention
We keep account, workspace, and campaign data while your account is open, and as long as we need it for billing, security, or legal records. Free plan campaign history is shorter than paid history, as shown in the product. After a verified deletion request, we remove application data we control, subject to backups and records we are required to keep.
Your choices
- Download a copy of your account and campaign data from Settings.
- Request account deletion from Settings. Active paid subscriptions must be cancelled first. We may email you to confirm.
- Turn product emails on or off in Settings. Authentication emails still go out when required to sign in or reset a password.
- Update your name and workspace details in Settings. Email changes are handled by the sign-in provider.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and signed webhooks for billing and authentication events. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
CampaignUltra is a business tool. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. If a change is material, we will try to give reasonable notice in the product or by email.
